Breckenridge snowboard lessons are a great way to get your child on the slopes and teach them the basics of skiing or snowboarding. It's a great opportunity to spend quality time with your loved ones and make memories.

Breck snowboard schools offer programs for all levels of skiers and riders, from beginners to experts. Learn new skills, build confidence, and discover more of the mountain with our top instructors!

OKEMOM Snowboard LEARNING

Located on Peak 8, Breckenridge's main slope, the Okemo Snowboard School offers an all-terrain program designed to challenge kids 7 to 14 years old and their families. Every day is different. Each program has a challenge specific to your child's skill and interests.

Children's groups are offered as half-day or full-day AM/PM programs. Meeting locations can vary depending on the child's age. The best way to find out where your child will be meeting their instructor is to call the ski resort you're staying at ahead of time.

BEAVER RUN SKI LESSONS

Beaver Run can be found just above Peak 9 near The Village at Breckenridge, and the Quicksilver Chairlift. This ski school offers snowboard and ski lessons for all abilities, and includes lift tickets.

If you are looking for extra guidance or a specific technique, private lessons can be booked. The lessons are offered for students ages 5-12. There are both AM and PM classes available. Group sizes vary from six to twelve.


The Beaver Run ski school is not the only one. There are also many other Breck snowboarding schools. They include a second ski school at the base of Peak 9, Breck Guides, Adaptive Ski & Snowboard School, and Ski & Ride School.

No matter if you are just starting to snowboard or want to learn the tricks of shaunwhite, our instructors will help guide you. We specialize in helping you develop the fundamentals, confidence, and self-reflection needed to improve your ski or snowboarding.

Our signature all-terrain program challenges children to ski and ride all over the mountain with their friends! Each day offers a different adventure. You can choose from green, blue, and black runs.

We've also got a Kids Discovery Series for tadpoles ages three to 13. This program is intended to teach your child the basics of safety and communication before they embark on their first trip.

Breckenridge offers many choices for families that want to take up snowboard or ski lessons. It's crucial to find the right school for your child and plan your lessons accordingly.
